Shipping & Delivery
Most orders processed within 1 business day of receipt of payment*. All orders ship from our warehouse in Orem, Utah. Please note that once an order has left our warehouse, we have no control over when it reaches its final destination. Delays could arise due to USPS/UPS service disruptions, inclement weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. We cannot guarantee a package will arrive within a certain time frame. Please contact us if you have questions or need more information.
Returns & Replacements
Shipping costs are non-refundable, only the cost of the items returned will be refunded.
When you receive your order please review it for accuracy. If something is not right contact us ASAP! All defective or incorrect items must be brought to our attention within 14 business days.
If you need to return an item, choose a heading below that fits your situation:
Product is damaged, defective or does not work.
Contact us by phone or e-mail and give us the details. We will work with you to correct the situation.
I’ve changed my mind and I don’t want it.
If the item is unopened and in original condition, we are happy to take it back and refund the price of the product only. Shipping charges will be deducted from the amount refunded and products must be returned within 30 days from the original order date. We do not accept returned orders that are older than 30 days. No shipping costs will be refunded and refunds will not be issued for products that have been used or have damaged or missing packaging.
If you received free shipping on your order we will deduct a 10% restocking fee or the shipping costs to ship your order, whichever is greater.
I did not receive the item I placed on my order
If you received a product that was not what you placed on your order then we will get the correct product out to you. We may or may not arrange for the incorrect item to be picked up at our discretion. If; however, you mistakenly selected the wrong item we are still happy to exchange the incorrect and unused item for the correct item. The customer will be responsible for all shipping charges at that point.
VICTORIO offers a warranty on every item. If you have questions or concerns about a product that is still under warranty please call 866-257-4741. Proof of purchase is required (date purchase receipt) to cover the warranty, so please have all your information ready when you call.

Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal are valid methods of payment.
*Personal checks are also accepted, but the order will not ship until the funds have cleared. This may add an additional 10 business days to order processing.
Refunds will be made using the original payment method.
To view your previous orders, click on the 'My Account' link at the top of the page (log in with your user name and password if necessary). Once there, you will see Your order history as well as links to other options on the left side of the page.
If you placed an order as a guest without registering for an account, please email us using the 'Contact Us' form - or send a message to firstname.lastname@example.org - and give us the pertinent order information (order number, order date, your name, etc). We will get back to you with an update on the status of your order(s) as soon as possible.

Updating Account Information
To change your user name, email address, password, address or other account information, go to the 'My Account' page by clicking on the link at the top of the page (log in with your user name and password if necessary).
