I wasn't sure what to expect when I started grinding my own wheat for flour. I thought it would be much harder than it turned out to be. Once I started using this grain mill I've been able to produce a lot more flour than I thought I would. This grain mill comes with an adjuster knob so you can have course or fine flour. I just leave mine on the fine setting because that's how I like it. It definitely produces good fine flour too. The set up was easy and I was able to get going pretty quick once I read the instructions. I would recommend buying this product to anyone especially if you are hesitant about grinding your own wheat. It's much easier with this machine.
