This replacement bottom pan for the Victorio Stainless Steel Steam Juicer also doubles as a large stock pot. The thick alloy bottom helps distribute heat evenly across the bottom, so you can make jams and jellies without scalding them from heat concentration points. The Steam Juicer lid fits this pan do it can be used as a covered pot.
