Shipping & Delivery
We process most orders within 1 business day of receipt of payment. All orders ship from our warehouse in Orem, Utah. Please note that once an order has left our warehouse, we have no control over when it reaches its final destination. Delays could arise due to USPS/UPS service disruptions, inclement weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. With the exception of UPS Next Day Air and UPS 2nd Day Air, we cannot guarantee a package will arrive within a certain timeframe. Please contact us if you have questions or need more information.

 

Please note: In order to qualify for Same Day Shipping, your order must be completed and payment must be received before 11:00 AM Mountain Time. Any orders received after that time will ship the following day.

Returns & Replacements

As soon as you receive your order make sure that everything is okay and correct. If something is not right contact us ASAP! All defective or incorrect items must be brought to our attention within 14 business days. At this point you will need to contact us for a return authorization #. Any items returned to us without a return authorization will not be processed. Once you have a return authorization # we need to receive your return within 30 days. If we do not receive your return within 30 days we will assume you decided to keep your order and we will cancel your return.


If you need to return an item, choose a heading below that fits your situation:

Product is damaged, defective or does not work.
Contact us by phone or e-mail and give us the details. We will then give you instructions on what to do.

I’ve changed my mind and I don’t want it.

If it is unopened and in original re-sellable condition, we are happy to take it back and refund the price of the product if returned within 30 days from the original order date. Any items returned after 30 days will receive store credit only. We do not accept returned orders that are older than 30 days. No shipping costs will be refunded in any case. We will not take back any used product that is no longer in re-sellable condition. The only exceptions are for items that are still under a valid warranty (please refer to the “Product Warranties” section below).


I did not receive the item I placed on my order

If you received a product that was not what you placed on your order then we will take care of it and get the correct product out to you. We may or may not arrange for the incorrect item to be picked up. That is at our discretion. However, if you made the mistake and selected the wrong item on accident we are still happy to exchange the incorrect item for the correct item. However, the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges at that point.


Product Warranties

Victorio offers a warranty on every item. If you have questions or concerns about a product that is still under warranty please call 866-257-4741. We will need the original purchase date to cover the warranty, so please have all your information ready when you call.

Ordering
In order to minimize mistakes and make the most up-to-date order status information available to you, we prefer that you place all orders through this website. However, in the event that you are unable to place an order online, we will be happy to take your order(s) over the telephone or via email, during regular business hours, using any of the payment methods listed in the Accepted Forms of Payment section below. Please contact us for more information.
Accepted Forms of Payment
Currently we accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) and PayPal as valid methods of payment. Personal checks are also accepted, but may delay shipment of the order for up to 10 business days while the check clears. Refunds will be made using the original payment method.
Viewing Orders
To view your previous orders, click on the 'My Account' link at the top of the page (log in with your email address and password if necessary). Once there, you will see a list of your most recent orders at the top of the page. To view an older order, click on the 'My Orders' link on the left side of the page.

If you placed an order as a guest without registering for an account, please email us using the 'Contact Us' form - or send a message to support@victorioproducts.com - and give us the pertinent order information (order number, order date, your name, etc). We will get back to you with an update on the status of your order(s) as soon as possible.

Updating Account Information
To change your account name, email address, password, shipping address(es) or other account information, go to the 'My Account' page by clicking on the link at the top of the page (log in with your email address and password if necessary). Once there, click on the 'Account Information' or 'Address Book' link on the left side of the page to change the appropriate information.
