This two in one combination canner contains an innovative canning rack that allows you to use the same canner for both water bath and steam canning jobs. It is designed with a built-in thermometer with three color-coded elevation settings to eliminate guesswork and makes timing a snap. This canner has a 24-quart liquid capacity for boiling water or other cooking tasks.
